We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Serums and opened skincare products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
  • Electronic devices must be returned with all accessories included
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@yazora.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorisation and address
  3. Pack the item securely and ship via tracked postage
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
